How to pay fees:
1. There are two options how to pay application fee (150$) to university:
- You can transfer the application fee via Western Union. For details contact the RTU Foreign Students Department.
- You can transfer the fee to the university account mentioned below. Do not forget to mention the applicant's name and date of birth.
- Bank comission for sending the refunds back is covered by a student.
2. If you choose the bank transfer of the application fee, tuition fee, accommodation fee or living expenses, the bank details are as follows:

NOTE:Students are advised to have an official proof of payment from their bank to verify the payment. Fee must be paid in advance for each academic year. Tuition fees are not refundable in case if Latvian visa has been issued. Student can use the fees during 3 years period after getting visa.The university will not allow students to enroll, continue in their studies or graduate unless all fees are paid and all financial obligations to the university are discharged.
