Application deadline

·         1 December 2011 (for Spring Semester 2012). This is only for students willing to study in the second semester (spring semester).
 
·         1 July 2011 (for Fall Semester 2011). This is for students willing to start their study exchange in autumn semester and stay for one semester only or whole academic year (two semesters in total);
 
Application process

Step 1.

Before completing an Application Form you need to make sure that you have discussed your proposed programme of study with your Erasmus Program Administrator and the Department of Foreign Students of Riga Technical University as they will be able to advise you on the courses you can take during your exchange.

Step 2.

It is your responsibility to check with your home university that you will receive credit for studies followed at Riga Technical University.

Step 3.

You will be asked to submit a transcript of records (outlining the courses you have taken at your home university).

Step 4.

You will also be asked for  Latvian Language test as a proof of proficient Latvian language level if you wish to study in Latvian.

Step 5.

Please ensure that the application form and the study agreement are signed by the home university before you make arrangements to travel to Latvia. 

Step 6.

These forms will be signed by Riga Technical University as there may be changes to your study programme upon arrival.

Step 7.

Your Erasmus grant will be paid by your home university.

Step 8.
