In order to further improve functioning of Foreign Students Department, following regulations are applied FOR Degree INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS:

1. After arrival, within two days period a student needs to get a schedule of classes from the Department of Foreign Students.
2. Mandatory attendance of lectures, labs and seminars (classes) is required.
3. Any unapproved absence from all classes for more than a week will cause expelling from the RTU.
4. Any unapproved absence for more than 50 per cent of each scheduled course during any two months period of corresponding semester will cause cancellation of such course, request for immediate payment for repeated attendance of such course on a credit point basis, and second (final) attendance of the course in due time. If a student fails to attend corresponding course repeatedly, student is expelled from  the RTU.
5. If a student changes a place of residence, he/she must inform Foreign Students Department of the RTU at least three days before the change takes place and provide a copy of  new rent agreement. Failing to do so, students will be expelled from the RTU.
